Our Early Intervention Scheme (EIS) has been exclusively designed to help businesses manage employee absenteeism, getting your people back to work as quickly as possible.

Evidence suggests that early intervention is key to heling employees recover quickly. EIS is a simple and effective scheme the focuses on providing fast track access to a range of treatments, all designed to get you back to business as usual.

Fast track Receive fast track treatment, there’s no need to wait for an NHS referral.
First-class treatment Receive access to first class treatment after 3 consecutive days of absence.
Motor accident Receive immediate treatment following a reported motor accident.
Pre-existing conditions Pre-existing conditions are not excluded.
Non-work related absence The absence does not have to be as a result of an incident that has occurred within the workplace.
