We have partnered with a UK leading loss adjuster, Davies Group, to respond to any environmental claims, ensuring our customers always receive the best possible service.

When notified of a potential environmental or disaster type incident, Davies will record a complete first notification of loss to assess the effect to our Insured, any third parties and the immediate vicinity prior to providing an immediate emergency response. Such instructions will be sent to Davies’ approved supplier RSK Raw to conduct an emergency response, investigation and remediation service when an environmental incident takes place. Any instruction will be facilitated by immediate telephony transfer and mail fulfilment.
