Loss of Licence
Loss of licence cover offers businesses protection against losses they may incur in the event that their alcohol licence revoked by their Local Authority. It will also cover the costs and expenses you may incur when applying to have your license reinstated.
Most businesses will always strive to comply fully with licensing laws but, sometimes your alcohol license can be revoked because of an external factor beyond your control. The most common of these include crime and disorder or persistent public nuisance. If you are confronted with these often-unforeseen issues, loss of licence insurance can help protect your income and the value of your business.
